"How to Draw Almost Anything": A Seminar Presented by Kingsley Van Zandt
Note: we’re taking a break from our regular monthly life drawing session and doing something a little different in June….
Are you an artist looking to level up your game?? We’ve got a special event just for you: on Wednesday, June 25 our very own resident tattoo artist, Kingsley Van Zandt, will be presenting his “How to Draw Almost Anything” seminar right here at the shop! This lecture is for anyone who’s interested in learning how to use photographic references to make their artwork more realistic, or how to apply knowledge of basic form and anatomy to give shape to their work. You don’t have to draw from memory and hope for the best, OR turn to AI when looking for art references!! Kingsley will teach you how to use references effectively to level up your own artwork.
There will be time for a Q&A session after the formal seminar is over.
This is an all ages event!
We will provide seating. It is highly recommended that attendees bring either a sketchbook or iPad for taking notes and/or drawing along during the seminar.
Seating is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time right here on this page! Walk-ins will be accepted on a first come, first served basis if the event does not sell out ahead of time. This event is NONREFUNDABLE, and we are unable to accommodate late entry.
Let’s learn about art together!!!
