Unkindness Art's Winter Solstice 2025 Maker's Market: Vendor Payment Page
We are very pleased to offer you a table at our upcoming winter solstice maker’s market at Unkindness Art, taking place on Sunday, December 21 from 2-7pm! Please note—this is NOT the confirmation page for the coinciding gallery art show; separate info/confirmation will be sent to those applicants we’d like to invite to participate in the show.
We are asking for a flat fee of $60 from each vendor in order to participate in the market event; the price is the same for both indoor and outdoor booths. Indoor vs. outdoor booth preference is first-come first-served based on booth availability so if you have a strong preference, don’t wait to lock in your choice! Please be sure to secure your spot by paying this fee by Tuesday, November 4. After that date, we will move on to other waitlisted vendors to give them the opportunity to participate. Additionally, if you find yourself unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, this fee is only refundable if we are provided at least one week’s notice before the event. Thanks for your understanding!

Important info about the event:
This event will be indoor/outdoor, rain or shine (unless the forecast looks really, really bad in which case we will reach out to outdoor vendors for alternative options!)
We are planning to really emphasize the “winter solstice” aspect of this event, with outdoor heaters/lights/fire, hot drinks, seasonal decor, etc.
Our off-street parking lot will be available for load in/load out
Drinks/snacks and a free pizza meal will be provided for all vendors (with vegan and GF options!)
Wifi is available both indoors and outdoors
No split booths!! All vendors must be approved ahead of time
This will be an all ages event so any “adult” items will need to be packaged/covered as appropriate
Booth locations will be pre-assigned and marked for all vendors to aid with ease of set-up
When considering which items to bring, please remember that we are looking to showcase a wide variety of items that would make great "last minute holiday gifts" at a range of price points!

BREAKDOWN: begins at 7pm when event ends

INDOOR BOOTH INFO:
Indoor spaces measure approx. 8’ x 6’ and can accommodate one 6 foot table
Vendors will need to bring their own table; we can provide chairs
Feel free to bring any items you might need for your table set-up and anything to make set-up/breakdown go more easily (a wagon is highly recommended!)
OUTDOOR BOOTH INFO:
Outdoor spaces measure approx. 10’ x 10’ and can accommodate one 10 foot tent
Vendors will need to bring their own tent and table; we can provide chairs
You MUST bring tent weights for all four tent legs, and lighting for your tent setup, as it will be dark before the event is over!
Electricity outdoors is limited so please plan to bring your own power source/supply if possible
Feel free to bring any items you might need for your table set-up and anything to make set-up/breakdown go more easily (a wagon is highly recommended!)
